30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it.
- Be unopened/unused and in its original packaging.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, take photos of the damage, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
We’ll email you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method. Please note it may take your bank or card issuer additional time to post the credit.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
